For the first time in my life, I had a criminal charge against me. Anny, looked after my case and was super informative with every step along the way, she is very experienced and worked very hard to make sure I had the best possible outcome, which ended with a complete withdrawal of the charge by the crown the day before trial.
Anny also took care of having my fingerprints and mugshot removed from the RCMP system. This was the most stressful event Ihave ever gone through and I’m glad Anny was there. After already having the help of Anny Wang for my first dui offence, during the stress of this past year with covid I found myself making a mistake and once again in trouble so once again I retained Anny as my lawyer, the odds didn’t look good in my favour this t me as with a second conviction the courts aren’t as lenient especially with my second being so close to my first, but with the advice Anny had given me, all we could do is hope for the best. And to my utter shock and surprise with what Anny brought to the court’s attention about my rehabilitative efforts the judge let it go with an extension on my license suspension and a $2000 fine. The experience of being charged was quite unnerving for me. I immediately started searching for representation. Of the many local options I researched, I chose BW Law Criminal Defense Lawyers because of their online profile including reviews and their general self representation. My initial meeting was with Anny Wang in the Edmonton office. I was very impressed, and I retained her. Anny was helpful and clear in explaining my situation to me. She comes across as intelligent and knowledgeable but also presents as very humanistic. I also felt that she would be tough in court if the situation required it. I recommend Anny. Communications were always very prompt. Anny always clarified the situation for me. The firm took care of all stages of the process.
